About the Band
Smith and Reeves – Austin, Texas
Smith and Reeves is one of Austin’s favorite live country acts, bringing honky-tonk heat and heartfelt harmonies to every dance hall and barroom stage they hit. With a deep love for traditional country with a touch of outlaw grit, their sound is tailor-made for two-steppin’, boot-scootin’, and good ol’ fashioned country fun.
Fronted by the dynamic duo of Eric Michael Smith and Chris Reeves—seasoned songwriters and performers with roots in Austin’s rich musical soil—the band features top-tier players who know how to keep a dance floor moving all night long. Whether it’s a classic shuffle, a tear-in-your-beer ballad, or a driving fiddle tune, Smith and Reeves deliver with style, soul, and Texas authenticity.
If you’re looking for a band that brings the spirit of country music alive and keeps the crowd dancing from the first chord to the last encore, Smith and Reeves is the real deal.
Want to see for yourself? Smith & Reeves plays live every Wednesday night at the Little Longhorn Saloon in Austin, TX from 8-11pm. Come early for Texas Two-Step dance lessons from Hill Country Two Step from 7-8p.
